TERMS OF SERVICE

By placing an order with SignLabz, you agree to the following terms.

Artwork Responsibility:

You are responsible for ensuring your submitted artwork is correct, legally owned by you, and of sufficient resolution (minimum 300 DPI recommended). SignLabz is not liable for errors in customer-submitted files.

Turnaround Times:

Turnaround times begin after artwork approval, not order placement. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping:

We ship Canada-wide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping applies to qualifying sticker orders over $150 CAD.

Payments:

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Intellectual Property:

You represent that you have the legal right to use all artwork submitted. SignLabz is not responsible for trademark or copyright infringement by customers.
