REFUND POLICY

At SignLabz, we stand behind the quality of our products. If there is a defect or error on our part, we will reprint or refund your order at no cost.

Eligible for Refund/Reprint:

  • Print defects (blurry, incorrect colors, misprints due to our error)
  • Damaged items received
  • Wrong items shipped
  • Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Customer-submitted artwork errors (spelling, design, low-resolution files)
  • Change of mind after production has started
  • Incorrect sizes or quantities ordered
  • How to Request:

    Email info@signlabz.ca within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

    Custom orders are made-to-order and non-refundable unless there is a production defect.
