SHIPPING POLICY

SignLabz ships Canada-wide. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Processing Time:

Orders are processed and produced within 3–5 business days after artwork approval. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed; rush orders may be available — contact us before ordering.

Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after production
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days after production

    • Shipping times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

    Shipping Rates:

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and delivery address.

    Local Pickup:

    Free local pickup is available in Toronto, ON. You'll be notified by email when your order is ready.

    Tracking:

    You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

    Damaged or Lost Shipments:

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@signlabz.ca within 7 days of receipt with photos. For lost shipments, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
